So here's exactly what you get when I film your wedding, how long each part runs, and when it arrives. No jargon, no small print.

The highlight film: 6-10 minutes

This is the film - the one you'll watch on anniversaries and show your family. It runs from the morning to the dance floor, and it's cut around the moments that made your day: the build-up, the vows, the best lines from the speeches and the energy of the evening.

It's carried by your own voices. Your vows, your readings and your speeches sit at the heart of it, with music underneath rather than instead.

Why 6 to 10 minutes? It's long enough to tell the whole day properly and short enough that you'll want to watch it again and again. Where it lands in that range depends on your day: a big party with five speeches needs more room than a small ceremony and a long lunch. The 1-minute social cut

A short version made for Instagram, TikTok or the family group chat. It's the bit you'll share with everyone who wasn't there and plenty who were.

Every speech, in full

During the speeches two cameras run at once, and the sound is recorded at the source with small recorders on the groom's jacket and at the lectern. You get every speech unedited, start to finish, exactly as it happened - separate from the highlight film.

Of everything in the package, this is the part couples underrate when booking. The highlight film is for rewatching. The speeches are for keeping, and they matter more with every year that passes.

Drone footage

Where your venue and the weather allow it, I add aerial footage of the venue and its setting - the estate, the grounds, the coastline behind the marquee. I always clear flights with the venue first. There's more on how that works in drone wedding videos in the UK.

The online gallery

Everything is delivered to a private online gallery. You can watch it there, send the link to family and download your files to keep. My one piece of advice: download them and keep a backup somewhere safe.

From first message to finished film

  • You get in touch with your date and venue. I reply within 24 hours.
  • We have a proper chat about the day, the people and the feel you want.
  • You book. A 50% booking fee secures your date, and the balance is due 30 days before the wedding.
  • The pre-wedding call, where we go through your running order and who matters most.
  • Your wedding day. I'm there from the morning to the evening.
  • A preview, then your full film and speeches in your online gallery.
